La casa C-82 se levanta sobre un lote alargado entre medianeras en un Condominio de playa, al sur de Lima.
Cuenta con 2 frentes únicamente, por lo que la iluminación y ventilación de los ambientes interiores se realiza mediante grietas y patios al interior.
Por la parte posterior, a la altura del segundo nivel se produce el ingreso desde los estacionamientos a la zona social de la casa, donde se ubica la cocina, la sala-comedor, el servicio y la gran terraza abierta hacia las zonas comunes del condominio y el océano pacífico, donde se ubica el solarium, la piscina y un espacio techado para comer.
En el piso inferior, conectado mediante una escalera abierta a un patio y al cielo por un lucernario corrido, se sitúan el estar-biblioteca y los dormitorios.
Una gran grieta lateral abierta a un patio conecta este área con el ingreso frontal, que pasa por debajo de la piscina que queda suspendida sobre el ingreso.
